Kirkland Counsels GTCR and CAMP Systems on Sale of CAMP to Hearst

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised GTCR and CAMP Systems International Inc. on the definitive agreement to sell CAMP Systems to Hearst, one of the nation’s largest diversified media, information and services companies with more than 360 businesses. Headquartered in Merrimack, NH, CAMP is a leading global provider of software-as-a-service solutions for managing and tracking the maintenance of jets, turbo prop aircrafts and helicopters used in business aviation, as well as enterprise information systems used to manage service centers.
