Kirkland Represents CHS Capital on Sale of TricorBraun Holdings to AEA Investors

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represented CHS Capital and TricorBraun Holdings, one of the largest distributors of glass and plastic rigid packaging in North America, on the sale of TricorBraun to AEA Investors LP. The transaction was announced on Nov. 30. Additional details are available here.
