Kirkland Represents Lake Pacific Partners in Sale of Maxi Canada

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represented Lake Pacific Partners in the sale of Maxi Canada, Inc., a leading manufacturer of frozen poultry products based in St-Lin-Laurentides, Quebec, to Altamont Capital Partners, a private investment firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area with $2+ billion of capital under management.
