Kirkland Counsels GTCR and IQNavigator on Merger of Beeline and IQNavigator

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised GTCR and IQNavigator on the merger of Beeline, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Adecco Group, and IQNavigator, in which GTCR was the majority shareholder. The merger brings together two of the world’s leading providers of Vendor Management Systems.
