Kirkland Represents Addison Group on Sale to Odyssey Investment Partners

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Trilantic Capital Partners L.P., a private equity firm focused on control and significant minority investments in North America, and its portfolio company, Addison Group, a leading professional staffing firm, on its sale to Odyssey Investment Partners, a leading private equity investment firm. Completion of the transaction is expected prior to the end of the year. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The full release is available here.
