Kirkland Represents Macquarie Atlas Roads on Acquisition of 50 Percent Interest in Dulles Greenway for $445 Million

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Macquarie Atlas Roads (MQA), a global toll road developer and operator, on its $445 million acquisition of the remaining 50 percent economic interest it does not already own in the Dulles Greenway, a privately owned toll road serving the greater Washington, D.C. area. The acquisition is expected to close during the first half of 2017.

The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners Michael Brueck and Adi Herman and restructuring partner Marc Kieselstein.
