Kirkland & Ellis LLP represented investment firm Pine Brook on its co-led $600 million line of equity investment in Admiral Permian Resources, LLC with Riverstone Holdings. Admiral is a newly-formed exploration and production company focused on the acquisition and development of oil and gas properties in the Permian Basin. The full release is available here.
