Kirkland Represents New Mountain Capital on Acquisition of TRC

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised New Mountain Capital, LLC, a leading growth-oriented private equity firm, on its take-private acquisition of TRC Companies, Inc. (NYSE: TRR), a leading engineering, environmental consulting and construction management firm. New Mountain Capital will acquire TRC in an all cash transaction valued at  $17.55 per share of common stock. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
