Kirkland Advises Bain on Acquisition of Fintyre

Kirkland & Ellis International LLP advised Bain Capital Private Equity on its acquisition of leading Italian tyre wholesaler Fintyre.  Bain acquired the stake through its Europe IV Fund from London private equity firm BlueGem Capital Partners. The transaction, the value of which was not disclosed, closed on March 31, 2017. Read more about the transaction here.
