"Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, Ropes Gray LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP were involved in a deal that helped McAfee, a cybersecurity provider, operate as a stand-alone company. McAfee announced that it was officially a stand-alone business on April 4.

Kirkland & Ellis advised Thoma Bravo. The Kirkland team included Chicago partners Gerald T. Nowak, Corey D. Fox and Bradley C. Reed."
