Kirkland Represents Starwood Capital and Mammoth Resorts on Sale to Aspen Skiing Company and KSL Capital Partners

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised affiliates of Starwood Capital Group and Mammoth Resorts, the owner of Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, Snow Summit, Bear Mountain and June Mountain, on its sale to affiliates of the Aspen Skiing Company, L.L.C. and KSL Capital Partners, LLC.  The transaction is expected to close by the end of the third quarter of calendar year 2017, and is subject to closing certain conditions.
