Kirkland Represents DiversiTech and The Jordan Company on Sale to Permira

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised DiversiTech and its majority owner, The Jordan Company, on its sale to Permira, a global private equity firm. DiversiTech is a leading aftermarket manufacturer and supplier of highly-engineered components for residential and light commercial heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration (“HVACR”). The Jordan Company is a leading middle-market private equity firm. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2017. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
