Kirkland Counsels CIVC Partners on Fund V Closing at $400 Million, Surpassing the Target of $375 Million

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised CIVC Partners, LP, a Chicago-based middle market private equity firm, on the closing of CIVC Partners Fund V, LP, at $400 million of capital commitments from a diverse group of existing and new investors, including pension programs, university endowments, foundations, family offices, and financial institutions in the United States, Europe and Asia.
