BCBG Has $165 Million Plan to Stay Alive

"Bankrupt dress designer BCBG Max Azria Global Holdings LLC has a $165 million offer from two purchasers that would place the company's brand and its retail stores in the hands of separate owners but keeps stores open and allows operations to continue.

In bankruptcy BCBG has been represented by Joshua Sussberg, Christopher J. Marcus, James H.M. Sprayregen and Benjamin M. Rhode of Kirkland & Ellis LLP."
