Kirkland Represents 3i on Investment in Cirtec Medical for c.$136 Million

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised 3i Group plc (“3i”), a leading international investment manager, on its investment in Cirtec Medical (“Cirtec”), a leading provider of outsourced medical device design, engineering and manufacturing, for c.$136 million. 3i will invest alongside management.
