Kirkland Represents GCA Services Group in $1.25 Billion Sale

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represents GCA Services Group on its pending sale, announced today, from Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P. and Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division to ABM (NYSE: ABM), a leading provider of facility solutions, for approximately $1.25 billion in cash and stock. The transaction is expected to close by September 2017, subject to customary closing conditions including required regulatory approvals. More information on the transaction is available here.
