Kirkland Counsels LINN Energy on Sale of Williston Properties for $285 Million

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represented LINN Energy, Inc. (OTCQB:LNGG) on its definitive agreement to sell its interest in properties in the Williston Basin to an undisclosed buyer for a contract price of $285 million, subject to closing adjustments. The full release is available here.
