Kirkland Counsels IGP, IGS on Acquisition of Cetek

Kirkland & Ellis represented Industrial Growth Partners (IGP) and Integrated Global Services, Inc. (IGS), a leading provider of on-site internal surface protection and environmental solutions for mission-critical equipment in the global oil & gas and power markets, on IGS’s acquisition of Cetek Ceramic Technologies, the market leader in the evaluation and performance optimization of critical fired heater and boiler equipment in the global downstream oil & gas and power markets. IGS, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, was acquired by IGP in May 2014. The full release is available here.
