Kirkland Represents HCI Equity Partners in Closing Fund V Above $400 Million Target

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represents private equity firm HCI Equity Partners (HCI), which announced that it exceeded its target of $400 million for Fund V in less than a year of targeted marketing. The fund will execute HCI's long-standing strategy of making control investments in lower middle market North American industrial product and service companies, in sectors including aerospace and defense, transportation products and services, distribution, infrastructure products and services and niche manufacturing and industrial services companies.
