Kirkland Represents Rhône on Strategic Partnership with Eurazeo

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Rhône, a leading international private equity firm based in London and New York, on its strategic partnership with Eurazeo (EPA: RF), a leading global listed investment company based in Paris and New York. Under the terms of the agreement, Eurazeo will acquire a 30% interest in Rhône in exchange for $100 million and 2 million of newly issued Eurazeo shares. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2018 and is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions. The full press release is available here.
