Kirkland Counsels Bernhard Capital Partners on Purchase of Three Infrastructure Management Companies

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised a group led by Bernhard Capital Partners Management, LP, an energy services-focused private equity management firm, on three separate deals to purchase infrastructure management companies Moreland Altobelli Associates, PAVETEX Engineering and Engineering Testing Services. Together, these businesses will be combined to form Atlas Technical Consultants. This combination has created one of the largest project delivery (construction and program management) firms in the United States. The full release is available here.
