BTI Client Service A-Team 2018

For the 15th year, The BTI Consulting Group named Kirkland & Ellis among the nation's top 30 law firms in its BTI Client Service A-Team 2018 report, a ranking of client service excellence for the corporate law firm market. BTI interviewed 350 in-house counsel at Fortune 1000 companies to determine how law firms performed across a range of client service activities including client focus, breadth of services and innovation. A-Team firms were recognized by corporate counsel as outperforming all others in client service delivery.
