Kirkland Advises LINN Energy in Sale of Oklahoma Waterflood and Texas Panhandle Properties for $122 Million

Kirkland & Ellis advised Houston-based LINN Energy, Inc., a petroleum, natural gas, and natural gas liquids exploration and production company, in a definitive agreement to sell its Oklahoma Waterflood and Texas Panhandle properties to an undisclosed buyer.
