Kirkland & Ellis LLP counseled Morgan Stanley as financial advisor to SCANA Corporation (NYSE: SCG) in connection with its all-stock merger with Dominion Energy, Inc. (NYSE: D) for a total enterprise value of $14.6 billion. SCANA Corporation is an energy-based holding company principally engaged, through subsidiaries, in electric and natural gas utility operations and other energy-related businesses.
