FinanceAsia Achievement Awards 2017

Kirkland was awarded “Deal of the Year” and “Best Leveraged Finance Deal” at the FinanceAsia Achievement Awards 2017 for the Firm’s work on the US$11.6bn take private of Global Logistic Properties. The transaction is the largest ever completed private equity-backed LBO in Asia by value.

The team was led by Nicholas Norris and associate Michael Rackham, debt finance partner David Irvine and associate David Couper, and investment funds partners Justin Dolling and Jonathan Tadd.
