Kirkland Represents Funds Advised by Apax Partners on Sale of Genex Services to Stone Point Capital

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represented funds advised by Apax Partners, a global private equity firm, on their sale of Genex Services, a leading provider of cost containment services to the workers’ compensation, disability and auto industries, to Stone Point Capital LLC. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2018. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The full press release is available here.
