Malone-Backed CommerceHub Goes Private with GTCR, Sycamore

"GTCR LLC and Sycamore Partners are taking John Malone-backed e-commerce services provider CommerceHub Inc. (CHUBA) private through a $1.1 billion buyout announced Tuesday, March 6. The online outfit helps large retailers sell products online in the age of Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN).

...GTCR and Sycamore retained a Kirkland & Ellis LLP team including William Sorabella, Stephen Ritchie, Mikaal Shoaib, Sean Rodgers and James Faley as counsel."
