Infra Funds Consider New Strategies as They Reach Maturity

"As infrastructure fundraising continues to heat up, there are still some portfolio companies of vintage infrastructure funds that are seeking exits on the secondary market.

'It creates a structure that makes sense for more stable cash-flowing assets,' said Kelly Ryan, a lawyer in the funds practice with Kirkland & Ellis, adding that real estate funds followed a similar migration to the open-ended structure 20 years ago."
