Kirkland & Ellis Represents Blackstone in Strategic Minority Investment in Rockpoint Group

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represented Blackstone (NYSE: BX), which announced today that Blackstone’s Strategic Capital Holdings Fund has acquired a passive, minority equity stake in Rockpoint Group, L.L.C., a Boston-based global real estate investment management firm.
