Kirkland Represents Coveris Holdings S.A. on Sale of Coveris Americas to Transcontinental for $1.32 Billion

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Coveris Holdings S.A. a premier global packaging manufacturer, on the sale of its Americas packaging business, Coveris Americas, to Transcontinental Inc. (TSX: TCL.A, TCL.B) for $1.32 billion. The sale is subject to customary closing conditions including regulatory approvals and will likely close in 2Q 2018. The full press release is available here.
