Kirkland Represents Clearlake Capital in Investment in Lytx

Kirkland & Ellis advised private equity investment firm Clearlake Capital Group, L.P., in its partnership with Lytx, Inc., a pioneer in the video-based driver safety industry. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Read more about the transaction here.
