Kirkland Represents Charter on Mobile Operating Platform Partnership with Comcast

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Charter Communications (NASDAQ: CHTR) on its formation of a 50/50 operating platform partnership with Comcast Corporation (Nasdaq: CMCSA) focused on the development and design of backend systems that support Charter’s Spectrum Mobile and Comcast’s Xfinity Mobile service. The new partnership is the result of the continuing collaboration between Charter and Comcast in the mobile space. Charter is a leading broadband communications company and the second largest cable operator in the United States.
