Kirkland Counsels HG Energy on its Large Asset Exchange Transaction with CNX and CNXM

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised HG Energy II Appalachia, LLC on its exchange transaction with CNX Resources Corp. (NYSE: CNX) and CNX Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: CNXM). The transaction includes the amendment of CNXM's gas gathering agreement with HG. The full release is available here.
