Kirkland Represents Barteca Restaurant Group on Sale to Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group, Inc. for $325 Million

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Barteca Restaurant Group (“Barteca”) on its sale to Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group, Inc. (“Del Frisco’s”) (NASDAQ: DFRG) for $325 million in cash. Barteca consists of two concepts, Barcelona Wine Bar and bartaco, each with a unique vibe, food, drinks, and design. Del Frisco's is a collection of 53 restaurants across 23 states and Washington, D.C., including Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse, Del Frisco's Grille, and Sullivan's Steakhouse. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of Del Frisco’s second quarter and is subject to customary closing conditions. The full press release is available here.
