Kirkland Advises Mill Point Capital in Closing of $450 Million Inaugural Fund

Kirkland & Ellis advised private equity firm Mill Point Capital LLC in the final close of its inaugural institutional fund, Mill Point Capital Partners, L.P., at the hard cap with $450 million of limited partner commitments. The fund, which was significantly oversubscribed, officially launched in October 2017. To read more about the transaction, please see the press release.
