Kirkland Represents HarbourVest Partners on Investment in Telstra Ventures

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised HarbourVest Partners, a leading global investor in the private markets, on its investment in Telstra Ventures Fund II, a newly-formed venture capital fund backed by Telstra Corporation (ASX: TLS) and HarbourVest that will focus on early to late stage venture investment opportunities in the U.S., Asia and Australia.
