Kirkland Counsels Valor Equity Partners on Closing of $1.05 Billion Growth-Focused Fund

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represented Valor Equity Partners, a leading growth-focused private equity investment firm with offices in Chicago, New York City, and San Francisco, on the final closing of Valor Equity Partners IV, a $1.05 billion fund. Fund IV was substantially oversubscribed requiring an increase in the hard cap set forth at the launch of the fundraising process. To date, Valor has raised over $2 billion in committed capital from a broad range of institutional and high net worth investors. The full client release is available here.
