Kirkland Represents Soundcore Capital Partners in Closing $350 Million Fund II

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Soundcore Capital Partners, LLC., a private investment firm focused on buy & build investments for control in lower middle market businesses in North America, on the completed fundraising for Soundcore Capital Partners II, which successfully closed on its hard cap of $350 million on July 18, 2018.

The Kirkland team was led by investment funds partners Jeffery Kaplan, Matthew Nadworny, David Stults and Josh Westerholm and associates Michael Black and Christopher Scully; corporate partners Douglas Gessner and Jeremy Liss; and tax partner Daniel Meehan.
