The A-List 2018

For the sixth year in a row, The American Lawyer named Kirkland & Ellis to its A-List. The annual list aims to identify the most well-rounded law firms based on a measure of their success in five areas: revenue per lawyer (RPL), pro bono, diversity, associate satisfaction and the percentage of women equity partners. To determine the A-List, scores are pulled from surveys that rate Am Law 200 firms’ performances in these areas. The total score is calculated by doubling each firm’s RPL and pro bono scores and adding those to the firms’ associate satisfaction, diversity and women in the equity partnership scores. The 20 top-scoring firms comprise the A-List 2018.
