Kirkland Represents Grubhub on Acquisition of LevelUp for $390 Million

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Grubhub Inc. (NYSE: GRUB), the nation’s leading online and mobile food-ordering and delivery marketplace, on its agreement to acquire LevelUp, the leader in mobile diner engagement and payment solutions for national and regional restaurant brands, for $390 million in cash. With the addition of LevelUp, Grubhub will offer national and independent restaurants the industry’s most comprehensive solution to drive online delivery and pickup orders, from demand generation through fulfillment.
