Kirkland Represents Golub Capital on Minority Investment by Dyal Capital

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Golub Capital LLC, a nationally recognized credit asset manager with over $25 billion of capital under management, on the sale of a passive, non-voting minority stake in its management companies to Dyal Capital Partners, a division of Neuberger Berman.
