Turnaround and Transaction of the Year Awards 2018

The Turnaround Management Association (TMA) honored Kirkland & Ellis with three global Turnaround and Transaction of the Year Awards. The Firm won “Turnaround of the Year - Mega Company” for the restructuring of Caesars Entertainment Operating Company Inc., “Turnaround of the Year - Large Company” for the restructuring of BCBG Max Azria Group, LLC and “Transaction of the Year - Mega Company” for the restructuring of Avaya Inc. Since 1993, TMA has honored excellence through its annual awards program, which recognizes the most successful turnarounds and impactful transactions.
