Kirkland Counsels Grubhub on Acquisition of Tapingo for $150 Million

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represented Grubhub (NYSE: GRUB), the nation’s leading online and mobile food-ordering and delivery marketplace, on its decision to acquire Tapingo, the leading platform for campus food ordering.
