Kirkland Counsels Clearlake on Acquisition of ASP Unifrax

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represented Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. in its entry into a definitive agreement for the acquisition of ASP Unifrax Holdings, Inc., a global specialty materials platform that provides thermal management, emissions control, filtration, fire protection and energy solutions for a variety of end markets and applications.  Clearlake’s release can be found here.
