BTI Litigation Outlook 2019

Kirkland & Ellis was recognized as a leader in multiple areas of litigation in BTI Consulting’s 2019 Litigation Outlook report, which compiles feedback from more than 350 in-house counsel on more than 200 law firms.

For the eighth time, Kirkland was selected as one of the “Fearsome Foursome” — the four firms most likely to strike fear in opposing counsel because of their tenacity, ability to assemble winning legal teams and skill at anticipating opponents’ strategy. Kirkland was also the only law firm to appear in both the "Fearsome Foursome" and “powerhouse” lists for intellectual property litigation, class actions, complex employment litigation and complex commercial litigation, and as a “standout” firm for securities and finance litigation.
