Kirkland Represents Harvest Partners on Strategic Minority Investment by Goldman Sachs Asset Management

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Harvest Partners, a leading middle-market private investment firm, on a strategic minority investment by Goldman Sachs Asset Management's Petershill program. The passive investment will allow Harvest Partners to expand the ownership of the firm and further develop its platform, building on the firm's long history of investing in the middle-market in North America. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
