Kirkland & Ellis LLP Named One of the 50 Best Law Firms for Women
Kirkland & Ellis LLP is pleased to announce that Working Mother magazine and Flex-Time Lawyers LLC has included the Firm on their inaugural list of the 50 Best Law Firms for Women. The honor recognizes and celebrates U.S. law firms who are committed to supporting the development and advancement of women in the legal profession.
In surveying firms for this list, Working Mother measured and assessed their representation of women in leadership roles, compensation and benefits, parental leave and flexibility policies and programs to help train, retain and advance women as well as their overall treatment of women in their organization (both staff and attorneys).
