Kirkland & Ellis LLP Signs American Bar Association Pledge for Change
Kirkland & Ellis LLP announced today that the Firm has signed the American Bar Association Commission on Mental and Physical Disability Law's Pledge for Change. Created to focus attention on the role of lawyers with disabilities in the legal profession, the pledge affirms participating firms' commitment to diversity, specifically disability diversity. By signing the pledge, Kirkland commits, and encourages others in the legal industry to commit, to foster diversity in hiring practices and outreach programs.
