2011 Corporate Equality Index and Best Places to Work Survey

Kirkland & Ellis LLP received a 100 percent score on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) 2011 Corporate Equality Index and Best Places to Work survey. This marks the fourth year in a row that the Firm received a perfect score on the survey.

HRC — America's largest civil rights organization working to achieve lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) equality — uses the Corporate Equality Index as a roadmap and progress report for the adoption by U.S. businesses of inclusive policies, practices and benefits for LGBT employees. The organization considers companies who receive a score of 100 to be among the most inclusive and fair-minded in their industry. As in past years, for the 2011 survey, HRC increased the requirements for a company to obtain a perfect score.
