Turnaround of the Year - Mega Company, Transaction of the Year - Mega Company and Transaction of the Year - Mid-size Company

The Turnaround Management Association honored Kirkland as a recipient of the awards for "Turnaround of the Year - Mega Company," for its work in the successful restructuring of Chemtura Corp., "Transaction of the Year - Mega Company," for its work for General Growth Properties, Inc. (GGP) and "Transaction of the Year - Mid-size Company," for its representation of Neff Rental LLC. The winners will be honored during the keynote luncheon at the TMA Annual Convention in San Diego.
